How do I get started?

If you are ready to schedule or have additional questions, please email, call, or submit at inquiry at the bottom of the page. We will start with a 10-15 consultation to answer questions, determine next steps, and/or schedule an intake appointment.

What does an evaluation consist of?

3 areas of functioning are assessed:

1. Cognitive Ability: examines intellectual abilities, learning and memory, attention and executive functioning, language, and fine motor functioning.

2. Academic Skills: assesses reading, writing, and math skills in depth.

3. Social and Emotional Functioning: assesses things like an individual's perception of themselves and the world around them, motivation, the presence or absence of symptoms of anxiety, depression, or other mental health challenges, their social relationships, and current coping strategies.

Do you take insurance?

Dr. Wolf is not in-network with any insurance company. She will provide you with a detailed invoice with necessary billing codes to use to seek reimbursement from your insurance.

What are your fees?

I have one area of concern that I want explored. Does my child need a full evaluation?

Yes! A comprehensive evaluation is vital to understanding your child and identifying what will help. Often times we are convinced it is one thing, but it is actually something completely different. For example, a student might struggle paying attention in the classroom, but after an evaluation, we learn that they have a learning disorder which makes it very challenging to focus in class. Had we only looked at their attention system, we would not know this. Also, identifying strengths is just as important as identifying weaknesses when we think about overcoming any given challenge.
